Labor and Birth Doula Support
I deeply believe every birth is a sacred and unique journey. As your Labor Doula, I honor your beliefs surrounding birth and support your birth philosophy judgement-free. I provide you with options and resources that encourages and enables you to make the best choices for you, your family and for your baby.
As you tune in with your body and prepare for the arrival of your baby, my priority is to be present in each moment with love and a positive and grounding energy to keep you, your partner and your birthing space peaceful, safe and calm.

During our time together we will meet up for prenatal visits to talk about yours and your partners wishes and feelings surrounding birth. I will provide you with resources and evidence-based information and access to my lending library.
We will discuss coping techniques and comfort measures to help you manage pain and stay in your labor flow. You'll learn about doula/partner hands-on techniques and how to implement them to best support you during your labor and birth journey.
We'll talk about how to prepare and balance your body and mind in a more holistic way to remain confident and strong throughout pregnancy, and calm and relaxed during labor and birth. I will provide you with a list of calming and energizing essential oils that are safe to use during labor and birth.
I will be on call for you 24/7 beginning at 38 weeks until the arrival of your baby/babies. You'll receive immediate postpartum support to help with first feeding and bonding experiences; and until everyone is settled in.

Virtual Doula Support
$675
As your "virtual" Doula, everything mentioned in the Sun Package above package applies. The only differences are that we will hold our Prenatal meetings, Postpartum visits and holistic body prep via zoom.
Additionally, I will be available for you and your partner by phone and/or video call while you labor in the comfort of your home and at your birthing location, if allowed.
The virtual Doula Support excludes the use of my lending library but I am happy to provide you with book recommendations :)
